Naked Conversations, by Robert Scoble and Shel Isreal August 30, 2006

I was looking at Robert Scoble’s blog, Scobleizer when I saw his book, Naked Conversations: How Blogs Are Changing the Way Businesses Talk with Customers. I read excerpts from it and I think that Scoble is making some excellent points.
The part that I read was talking about how previously, Microsoft was seen as the Evil Empire, and its head people as Darth Vader, etc. Now, ever since they have been portraying their employees as regular people, via blogs and developer conferences, and more blogs, their image has been changing from one of established dominance to normal-person innovation.
I am to stingy to buy a book that I haven’t actually looked at, so I have reserved it at my local library, and hope to enjoy the whole thing as much as I liked the excerpt (and his blog).
