Lingua Verani
What is Lingua Verani? Lingua Verani is the revolution (re-evolution) process for languages, meant to hammer out such imperfections as are found in the naturally evolved languages. Therefore, in order to create a Lingua Verani, one must find the most uncorrupted form of the original language (usually the classical) and revolve (re-evolve) it from there as far as needed.
When complete, one will have perfected an otherwise imperfect language.
Lingua Verani may fill a number of lingual gaps. While originally meant to be a method of perfecting existing languages, it could potentially be used to create a language from scratch. As long as this hypothetical language conforms to the Lingua Verani Manifesto, it would be a member of the Verani family.
Currently, Verani and de Ruijter are working on developing ‘perfected’ versions of the basic classical languages, such as Latin and Anglo-Saxon. One project whose beginning is pending, is the total reconstruction of Proto-Indo-European. However, unlike other Verani languages, PIE Novana will follow a more strict observence of the original PIE grammar. In order to make more perfect languages, Verani and Vehori are being more flexible in the modifications of other languages.
For more specific treatments on the languages themselves, see the following pages: Saxon, Latin, PIE.
